Changing Offices? Ask These Three Questions Before Moving In

There’s no question: COVID-19 has had a lasting effect on virtually every business. After working remotely for several months, many companies are rethinking their space needs as they get ready to go back to work. They may be reconfiguring workstations, expanding conference rooms or switching to a completely new space.

For those considering moving to a new space, Casco CEO Cheryl Osborn suggests asking three questions before signing the lease.

1. Do the restrooms have touchless fixtures?

2. Is there sufficient outdoor space?

3. How does air circulate?

Cheryl digs deeper into these questions in this two-minute video.
